All the websites displayed in this directory are from companies that have been verified at the company registration office and/or SARS, and where Trustedsite could confirm that the business is currently trading.

A yearly subscription fee is required and a trustedsite logo is issued each year.

The subscription fee for a standard business is FREE (subject to change in future).

The subscription fee for a business or organisation that allows consumer complaints to be posted on it, and where the business is required to pay a fee in order to reply (including forums and websites) is not free, a quote will be issued for the right to reply. This is paid one year in advance and is a subscription for 12 months.

Consumer may rate and review companies on this site. Any statements that are unproven or incorrect will be removed. The business has the right to have complaints removed at no cost should the complaint not be 100% correct.

If you make a complaint on this site, please keep the information accurate and please do not make assumptions. We are a professional website which adds value to business and consumers. Rest assured that businesses that have been proven to be untrusted will have their trustedsite status dropped or removed, but the business will have the right to reply at no charge.
